The tablet deduster VDS-200 series is an upward conveying and dedusting system designed to easily connect to the side of tableting machines. The dedusting process utilizes vibration, compressed air, and vacuum to remove dust from tablets. The vibration of the stainless steel tower forces the tablets up the spiral tracks while vibrating off dust. The dust is then blown by compressed air through a central dust collector. Vibration is controlled and adjusted by a Digital Vibration Controller. All surfaces that comes in contact with products are made of stainless steel type 316L and cylinder is made of acrylic. VDS-200 series dedusters are fully modular systems meaning different towers can be fitted to the same machine. The VDS-200 series features a fully dust tight enclosure that can be easily washed without disassembly. The tower is stacked using elevation segments allowing the user to further customize the tower height of the standard VDS200S, VDS200M, and VDS200T models. Options for integration with metal detectors on the same stand are available.
