Maintenance‑free worm gear drive with electronic speed control and high torque.
The ERWEKA All‑Purpose system is based on a powerful drive unit available in two versions. The AR 403 is equipped with a three‑phase AC motor and a sturdy, maintenance‑free worm gear drive delivering up to 23 Nm torque. Electronic speed control is variable between 20 and 400 rpm; a digital dial regulates speed and maintains the preselected value under varying load.
The AR 403‑S variant features a different drive train designed for heavy use. The modular design enables quick coupling of a wide range of interchangeable attachments for coating, mixing, milling, granulating, pelletizing, polishing, filling/dosing and more—ideal for R&D and small‑scale production.
