The ERWEKA MultiCheck 6 is a fully-automated tablet hardness tester engineered for high-throughput USP/EP-compliant labs. It features a 7″ touch display, a patented Oblong Navigator® for accurately aligning irregular tablets, and an empty-capsule weight measurement system for streamlined processing. The unit stores up to 100 product/method definitions and can archive up to 1 million test results, paired with mc.NET software for user- and audit-trail tracking (“What, Who, When”) for full traceability. With measurement ranges for hardness (3-500 N), weight (20 mg-120 g), diameter/length, width and thickness, plus LAN/USB/SD-card interfaces, it’s designed for maximum flexibility and documentation compliance.
