The VPS-100 Capsule polisher is available for integration with metal detectors and empty capsule sorters on the same stand. The CroPharm Made in USA vertical capsule polisher will dedust/polish, elevate, and reject unfilled, broken, and contaminated products. This integrated system has become a necessity in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical encapsulation processes. Capsules are conveyed upwards while vacuum and remove the excess dust. The integrated metal detector will automatically sort out contaminated products. The empty capsule sorter will then sort all capsules that are unfilled, partially filled, or broken. The CroPharm capsule polisher increases yields while minimizing downtime for cleaning in downstream operations.
